Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your mail accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponders and secure your email accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming mails according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mail box you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
